Acceptable Use Policy

Conduct rules for travellers and operators using the platform.

Applies to: Everyone · Last updated 27 August 2026

Draft — not yet legal advice. This document follows the structure Indian regulation expects, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the registered entity details are placeholders. Have it reviewed and complete [Registered legal name — NOT SET] before taking real bookings.

1. Prohibited conduct

Using the platform for any of the following may result in immediate suspension.

  • Submitting false traveller identity, age or ID details
  • Booking with payment instruments you are not authorised to use
  • Posting a review of a trip you did not take, or incentivising reviews
  • Publishing a listing you cannot deliver, or advertising a price you do not honour
  • Harassing, threatening or discriminating against travellers, operators or staff
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with platform security
  • Using the platform to arrange anything unlawful

2. Reviews

Only a traveller with a completed booking may review that trip. We do not write, buy, solicit favourable reviews, or delete a review because it is critical. We remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic or fraudulent, and we record why.

3. Reporting

Report a listing, a review or conduct to [Grievance Officer email — NOT SET]. Safety reports are triaged immediately.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts, withhold payouts pending investigation, and report unlawful conduct to the authorities. Where we act against an operator, affected travellers are contacted and refunded under the refund policy.
