Operator Agreement

The agreement between a travel operator and the platform: what you publish, what we charge, how you get paid, and the standards you commit to.

Applies to: Operators · Last updated 27 August 2026

Draft — not yet legal advice. This document follows the structure Indian regulation expects, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the registered entity details are placeholders. Have it reviewed and complete [Registered legal name — NOT SET] before taking real bookings.

1. Your listings

You publish your own trips: itinerary, dates, seat prices, inclusions, exclusions and refund terms. You are responsible for their accuracy and for keeping availability current.

You confirm the itineraries, photographs and descriptions you upload are your own or licensed to you. Content copied from another operator will be removed and may end this agreement.

2. Verification

The verified badge reflects documents you supply — business registration, PAN, GST where applicable, tourism registration and current public liability insurance. You must tell us within 7 days if any lapses.

We may suspend listings where documents expire or where we have reasonable grounds to believe information is inaccurate.

3. Departures and minimum headcount

You set whether a departure is guaranteed or subject to a minimum. A guaranteed departure must run as scheduled.

Where a minimum is not met, you must notify travellers at least 7 days before departure and offer a full refund or a free date transfer.

4. Commission and payouts

Commission is charged on the seat price as set out in your onboarding pack. Payouts are made to the verified bank account you register, on the payout schedule published in the Payments Policy.

We may withhold a payout where a booking is disputed, until the dispute is resolved.

  • Payout account must be in the name of the registered legal entity
  • GST on commission is charged as applicable
  • TDS is deducted where the law requires it

5. Safety obligations

You must hold current public liability insurance and operate to the published Safety Standards. For departures above 3,000 m you must carry supplemental oxygen and a first-aid-trained trip leader, and have a written evacuation plan.

6. Traveller data

Traveller data we share with you is for operating the booked trip only. You must not use it for unrelated marketing or share it onward, and you must handle it in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.

7. Suspension and termination

Either party may end this agreement on 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for safety failures, repeated cancellations, misrepresentation or fraud. Existing confirmed bookings must still be honoured or fully refunded.
