Draft — not yet legal advice. This document follows the structure Indian regulation expects, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the registered entity details are placeholders. Have it reviewed and complete [Registered legal name — NOT SET] before taking real bookings.

1. How a price is built

The total shown before payment is made up of the following, itemised at checkout.

  • Trip fare — per person, on the sharing basis stated in the listing
  • Private room charge — per room, where the operator offers one and you request it
  • GST — charged at the rate applicable to tour packages
  • Convenience fee — a flat platform fee per booking, not per traveller

2. Tax

GST is charged at the applicable rate on tour packages and shown as a separate line. Our GSTIN is [GSTIN — NOT SET]. A tax invoice is issued on confirmation.

Where we are an electronic commerce operator under s.52 of the CGST Act, tax is collected at source on operator supplies and reported accordingly.

3. What the price does not include

Unless the listing says otherwise, the following are excluded and payable by you.

  • Travel to and from the departure city
  • Meals not listed in the inclusions, and all personal expenses
  • Optional activities, entry fees and tips not listed
  • Travel insurance, visas and passport costs on international trips
  • Anything the trip page lists under Exclusions

4. Price changes

The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay. Prices for unsold seats may change at any time. Where a government levy changes between booking and departure, any statutory increase may be passed on, with evidence, and you may cancel without penalty if you do not accept it.

5. Currency

All prices are in Indian Rupees and all payments are collected in Indian Rupees.
